小一入學取錄名單 _ Primary One Admission Successful Applicants List

 

已取錄學生，請於 2020年 11 月 25 日 (星期三) 至 11 月 26日 (星期四) 上午 9時至中午 12 時 或 下午 2 時至 4 時，到本校 禮堂 辦理註冊手續。

 

請攜帶以下文件：

 

1. 學生身份證明文件 正本及副本 (如：出世紙 / 香港身份證 / 簽證身份書 / 護照 等)

 

2. 學生近照 1 張 ( 4 厘米 × 5 厘米)

 

3. 父親及母親 / 監護人身份證明文件 正本及副本

 

4. 訂購學生中、英文姓名印 及 學生智能咭，共港幣$80

 

5. 已填寫之小一入學申請表(2021) 家長副本(黃色)

 

6. 寫上 學生姓名 及 通訊地址 的 回郵信封 1個，並貼上港幣2元郵票

請家長留意，倘若未能在指定限期內辦理註冊手續，則會被當作放棄自行分配學位論。

After released of 2021 POA (Discretionary Places) result: Parents should register your child with our school on 25th of November 2020 (Wednesday) to 26th of November 2020 (Thursday) from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon or 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in School Hall.

 

Please bring along the following documents:

 

1. Student identity documents (original & copy：Birth Certificate , HK ID Card and Passport etc.)

 

2. One passport size photo (4cm × 5cm)

 

3. Father and Mother / Guardians identity documents (original and copy)

 

4. Fees for Student Chinese and English Name Stamps & Student ID Card (Total: HK$80)

 

5. Application form for admission to primary one (2021) (Parent’s copy) (Yellow)

 

6. One envelope with students’ name , correspondence address & HK$2 stamp

Parents should note that failure to register with our school within the above period would lead to forfeiture of the discretionary place offered to your child.
