已取錄學生，請於 2019年 11 月 20 日 (星期三) 至 11 月 22 日 (星期五) 上午 8 時 30 分 至中午 12 時或下午 2 時至 4 時，到本校禮堂辦理註冊手續。

請攜帶以下文件：

 

1. 學生身份證明文件 (正本)

 

2. 學生證件相 2 張 ( 4 cm × 5 cm)

 

3. 父親及母親 / 監護人身份證明文件 正本及副本

 

4. 註冊費港幣 65 元正 (訂購學生中、英文姓名印、學生智能咭及 行政費用，繳費後不設退款)

 

5. 已填寫之 2020 – 2021 年度小一入學申請表 家長副本

 

6. 回郵信封 1 個 (貼上港幣 2 元郵票)

 

請家長留意，倘若未能在指定限期內辦理註冊手續，則會被當作放棄自行分配學位論。如有查詢，請致電 2476 2433 與行政主任張小姐或校務處吳小姐聯絡。

 

Releasing of 2020 POA result:
Parents should register your child with our school on 20th November 2019 (Wednesday) to 22nd November 2019 (Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon or 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in School Hall. Please bring along the following documents:

 

1. Student identity documents (original: Birth Certificate, HK ID Card and Passport)

 

2. One passport size photo (4cm × 5cm)

 

3. Father and Mother / Guardians identity documents (original and copy)

 

4. Registration Fee HK$65.00 (Student Chinese and English Name Stamps, Student ID Card and administration fees) (Non-refundable)

 

5. 2020-2021 Primary One Application Form (Parent’s copy)

 

6. One envelope with address and HK$2 stamp
